5 /5 Megan Bechtlufft: Alondra was awesome to work with! She was super sweet, easy to talk to, helpful, and even taught me a few things. I was a little nervous because this was my first time getting my hair cut in Dallas, but I found out very quickly I was in good hands. My hair looks/feels amazing, and is exactly what I envisioned!

1 /5 Renee Pearl: I started coming in for bang trims and was excited that I found a new hair salon I can trust. The first time I came in I was incredibly happy with how my hair was cut. Second time I came in... Not at all. I said the same verbage the first time, I want my bangs to fall mid brow. My mistake was not offering a photo. When I saw how short they were, I asked what verbage should I have said to get the results I wanted. I was told there is going to be a note put in my profile that I like them cut wet... Im confused, because they were cut wet... Im so frustrated that Im going to have to wear them up for a bit while they grow to the length I wanted, which is a shame as Thanksgiving weekend is in 2 days. Hair grows, but I was so looking forward to a place close to me that I can trust with a big cut. Note: Everyone there is so incredibly nice.
