Ingram Fleet Service, LLC - Waxahachie Cassandra Morlock: I had to use roadside through my extended warranty and my car was towed there. It was a matter issue that I over paid for, but I also asked them to look at my A/C that stopped working and I had a week long trip to AR the following week. Well they didnt even look at it and I was hot & miserable during my AR trip. But I called them and took it back when I returned, so I paid for that service, but it went out again. I took it back and paid again for A/C service. My daughter recently took it back and they claim there was nothing wrong with the A/C, but I just paid another shop about $400 to repair the A/C one again. And, Ive had to get a new battery after a year from them putting in a supposedly new $300 battery. The office staff is also very rude and dont seem very knowledgeable. Dont recommend this shop at all!
