5 /5 Emily Garner: I love going to this salon I always book a week or so in advance and receive wonderful customer service from both Martina Abbott and Sierra Dominguez . My hair has never been so healty since Martina started doing it, its so healthy and soft even after bleaching and dying it and grows so much faster than before. I go to have her wash and trim my hair often she is amazing at what she does. I love going to Sierra to get my nails done she is so gentle and they last a long time I had a set that lasted 5 weeks and were still very pretty and for a good price compared to others she always seems to know exactly what I want them to look like. I am a proud loyal customer for both of these wonderfully talented ladies.

1 /5 Cat Turner: I so, so, so wish I hadn’t made an appt. I brought in a photo and explained as best I could but I think the photo should have been enough to show what I wanted. I wanted a shorter bob than I already had and I got absolutely butchered. I have like, no hair in the back of my head. My stylist even used men’s buzzers on my neck bc it was so short. I didn’t have the guts to tell her i absolutely hated it. It was hard to smile though. Thank god I didn’t cry. Thank god I’ve had super short hair before and I was pretty tough about it. But I hate it. Absolutely hate it. She can’t even fix it bc I have literally have no more hair left. I don’t wish this upon anyone. I guess in six months my hair will be the cut I originally wanted but until then I put on a brave face and still out about my day but I’d rather hide under a rock. I understand that all stylist have their own thing going so don’t comment blah blah…”I’m so sorry, you should talk to your stylist crap.” Just wish I could get my hair back. Update: After 4 months my hair has grown and I found someone who can listen and cut my bob just perfectly, so I’m doing well.

1 /5 Danya Bueno: Brought my 14 year old daughter to see Maryssa Monday 11/20 for a blonde balayage. We completed the questionnaire paid the $50 deposit to book. My daughter has had highlights one year ago & brown put on her hair all over 6 months ago. When she brought her back to the room after doing foils & washing I knew she had completely damaged her hair. It was mushy & stringy. Because I didn’t want to scare my daughter I didn’t say anything. The breakage covered the brush she brushed her hair out with and it was also on her cape. Maryssa said “she does have some fallout & that’s to be expected!!!” I have never in my 43 years of getting my hair done had anything like that happen to my hair. At that point I was thankful it wasn’t worse & she still had hair. Once she put toner & styled it it looked ok…obviously it wasn’t anything like what she wanted but , again, just glad she had hair left. After washing/conditioning with joico kpak, a hair mask, oil & air drying this what her hair looks like. It’s completely fried. There’s breakage all over up to 4 inches from her head. I messaged her and of course was told it wasn’t her fault…the usual response. Extremely dissatisfied obviously. We have to cut inches off her hair & are now going to put in extensions. Absolutely do not recommend. One thousand percent don’t think what we came in for was over the top unreasonable, but bottom line If a client comes in and wants something it’s up to the stylist…the licensed professional…to protect the client & themselves. Period.
