He makes the inspection process quick and hassle-free while also ensuring I’m aware of any issues that need attention. Does not waste time but does make sure you get the attention you need. I did think I had a problem, which he confirmed. The information he gave me helped me to seek out the type of shop I needed. I was back the next day with my problem fixed (I was familiar with what I needed from previous vehicles I had). My entire experience with Terrys took so much stress off my shoulders! I felt like he was really interested in helping me not just as a customer, but as a person. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!
