I have extremely long, thick, going gray hair and I didn’t know how to manage it now that it was getting curly. She was honest and said “let’s give it a go and we’ll figure it out”. I showed up and she gave me options, colored my hair, gave me the greatest cut of my life and I left feeling like a million bucks. She even corrected what I had done in desperation (yes, I tried cutting my own hair, my bad) my daughter now goes to her and she deserves way more than five stars. She is a unicorn that I want to tell everybody about.
