She had such a Horrible attitude, I would tell her some thing & she wouldn’t reply, it happen many times & as many times never replied….. asked for water & she denied it, after a while she said Supercuts do not provide water to customers, & finally she went in the back & brought a red solo cup, and said you get back there & grab your water… still tip her $5.00 but unfortunately went there for a haircut & ended up into a bad attitude

1 /5 AK KA: I am a local guide and travel a lot, I was in Allen and needed to get a haircut. I made an appointment for 5:05pm and came in at 4:50 however no one even bothered to ask about my appointment when I got in. So I just signed in and sat there waiting for my turn. 20 minutes passed and still no one could care less about my appointment, so I approached an older blonde midsize white lady to ask who is gonna give me a haircut and how long more should I wait. She said 20 minutes and I said okay I’ll be in my car which is parked right in front of the salon. She said that’s fine. 15 minutes passed I came back and there was a guy that walked in 20minutes after me and she was cutting his hair. She looked at me like she wasn’t expecting me to comeback and didn’t have the courage to say anything. I waited for 10 minutes more and left. Very disappointing experience, no hospitality and care for the potential customers and for the job they do. Concluding I sat in my car and googled any other haircut places nearby available. I found Carvedandcraftedhair.com by Jessica. I called and asked if she available, she greeted very happily and took care of my hair very good. I will be going only to her whenever I visit Dallas and recommend to any other people there. Thank you
