    San Pedro Springs Park
P L: Unfortunately, this pool is not open until “the 2025 pool season” according to the city’s page. I’m not sure when exactly that is but I’ll make an effort to update this after I call them. We made the trip from the Austin area and were disappointed to see it was totally closed and there were several homeless people surrounding the area. We left quickly since we had a backup plan anyway. The pool itself is quite dry but would be beautiful once open. Google said this pool is open but this is not the case.

Gonzalez Emanuelle (EmanuelleSpeaks): Confluence Park – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the River Walk If youre looking for a peaceful, scenic, and eco-conscious escape right in the heart of San Antonio, Confluence Park is the place to be. This beautiful park isnt just a green space—its a masterpiece of sustainability and design. Whether youre here for a relaxing walk, a professional photo shoot, or just some quiet reflection, Confluence Park delivers an unforgettable experience. One of the best things about this park is how photogenic it is. It’s a hot spot for graduation and professional photo sessions—and for good reason. The unique architecture, native plants, and serene walkways create the perfect backdrop for stunning pictures that truly stand out. The park sits right along the River Walk, blending natural beauty with thoughtful design. Walking paths wind through lush vegetation, and there are plenty of benches to rest and take it all in. Its the perfect place to bring your dog (just remember to clean up after them), or to take a peaceful solo walk or an energizing jog. There’s also a biking trail that makes it a go-to spot for cyclists. Confluence Park is also about community and education. With its innovative rainwater harvesting system and sustainable design, the park shows how nature and people can thrive together. Restrooms are available for convenience, and everything is clean and well-maintained. Whether youre here for photos, exercise, nature, or just some fresh air, Confluence Park has it all. Highly recommend checking it out—you’ll fall in love with this tranquil spot tucked away in the middle of the city.
Casa Navarro State Historic Site - San Antonio
    Casa Navarro State Historic Site
Diana Davenport: It was really nice to learn Texas history and about Navarro and his life. There were not many artifacts inside the building - mostly reading and learning about his life.
Louis Tussauds Waxworks - San Antonio
    Louis Tussauds Waxworks
XxSleepyx LoserxX: Me and my family had visited this last week and we had a great time together for our first time ever going to a wax museum. It wasn’t that great but it was pretty cool. We were having a blast just laughing at how some of the wax figures didn’t look accurate. But despite that it was pretty cool. I could say my favorite part was the basement part where all the horror wax figures were. I would recommend visiting this place.
    Wonder Chamber - San Antonio
    Wonder Chamber
Cheyenne Valdez: Had a great time here! Definitely had a lot more inside than expected judging by the exterior. We went near closing time, around 8pm, and there weren’t many people there. Definitely recommend going when there aren’t a lot of people. The rooms are soooo much fun and very unique. Been to lots of interactive museums like this and this is one of the most fun I’ve been to! Impressed, I think it’s worth the price for all the cool pictures you can take. Definitely recommend!

Lee Roy: Travis Park is a wonderful urban oasis right in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Its one of the oldest municipal parks in the country and has been beautifully revitalized, offering a fresh, inviting space for locals and visitors alike. Youll find plenty of shade, comfortable seating, and even a giant chess set! The park frequently hosts community events, from outdoor movie nights and fitness classes to live music and the popular Rotary Ice Rink in winter, making it a dynamic spot to relax or enjoy some local culture. Its a great place to take a break from sightseeing, enjoy a picnic, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
GO RIO San Antonio River Cruises - San Antonio
GO RIO San Antonio River Cruises
Sue Martindale: During our Spring Break 2025 visit to San Antonia, we watched the GO RIO boats guide visitors along the San Antonio River, along the River Walk, for a couple days before embarking our own early evening excursion just as the sun was setting. The magical lights were now on on bridges, buildings, and through the River Walk areas. Our guide was very informative and made the evening special. Most of the boats were packed, but the lines to wait werent that long. I recommend purchasing your tickets online. There are two locations to embark on your water tour. If its too hot for you to take this tour during daylight hours, I highly recommend an evening tour. You wont be disappointed.
    Dolphin Point - San Antonio
    Dolphin Point
Horde g: Love the fact you can get to this section for free which I thought was a god send. First day daughter fell I love with a female dolphin in the window I figured I could pick it up later in the day instead of carrying it around. Found out that is the only store that carries it. Figured I would get dropped off next day and run pick it up just to find store not open and no one could tell me when it would open. So dad fail on only thing my daughter wanted. Now to hunt it down online hopefully
