Yesterday i went to TWO different salons I left in tears at the first salon (pictures below) my hair was NOT what i asked for, my hair reeked of bleach, it was three different colors, my scalp was burning (she bleached me 3 TIMES) not only that my curls were completely destroyed, my hair was falling out by the clump, i literally was pulling my hair out. it was so much breakage I was about to shave my hair and call it day, I was so heartbroken, my hair is literally everything, it’s what makes my face, outfit whatever come together. I was crying and going through so many emotions. I looked up “Haircuts in Waco” and On The Avenue Salon & Blowout Bar popped up first, I called i was crying on the phone explaining my situation, they said come in to see what they can do, an hour later i walk in i was met with so many sweet ladies, who understood where i was coming from and they literally did their big one! Evie was super sweet told me what i could do to rejuvenate my curls gave me recommendations and how to keep my curls healthy. NOT ONLY THAT they had time to fit me in and did my hair THAT DAY!!! there was one sweet girl who did my hair i forgot her name (she had glasses and brown hair) she washed it, conditioned it, gently detangled it, not one brush or comb was used, and put toner in and made it all one color. I WAS VERY HAPPY WHEN I LEFT!! my hair is saved i don’t have to cut it off and restart, these ladies did their BIG ONE!! i’m so happy
La Bella Salon & Beauty Lounge - Waco Terri Rockett: I had the most amazing experience. Amanda Tyson is fantastic with colors. She worked very hard. She gave me the hair I have always wanted. I did multiple colors as peek a boo. It IS AWESOME. I LOVE IT. THANK YOU.
202 Beauty Lounge - Waco Vida Salazar: I highly recommend Victoria at 202 Beauty Lounge! I travel to Waco just to get my hair done with her. She cares about her clients, she takes her time and makes sure you feel special to get the best results! She recommends the products you need to keep your hair healthy and beautiful. Oh and she gives the best shampoo/massage!!
The Cutting Edge Salon & Spa - Waco Rachael Wininger: Nicole did a fantastic job with my curly haircut! I loved the atmosphere of this cute salon. Anna was very sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be returning :)
Salon At Ridgewood Village - Waco Christine Bass: It was my first time there. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was very nice.
Barbara was my stylist and she did an excellent job! My hair is permed and she gave me lots of info on new products to use and she is so pleasant to be around I would recommend her to anyone!
Bohemian Me Salon - Waco Nancy Yoakum: This is Nancy. Always loved my cut when I went. I did always have to wait for her to start. Cute clothes at her little boutique. Never have a left a review for someone else. I stopped going because my regular hair styist started back cutting hair again. Please stop thinking I am included in these petty games. I am not. Cute shop. I do recommend.
Lotus Layne Hair Salon - Waco Davonna Murrell: Layne did an amazing job on my hair!!! Her knowledge as a color specialist is hands down the best around! She has such a fun personality and her shop is so cozy and cute!
Sola Salon Studios - waco - Waco Frances: Beautiful set up for individual businesses. I love Hair by Sheila. She is a fantastic stylist and she makes the kids feel right at home.
The Mane Event - Waco Amanda Strickland: Amanda Cooper is my reason for being at this salon. Ive been a client of hers for 20+ yrs. She the best!! I travel over 1 1/2 hrs to get to her and she NEVER disappoints!! Ive tried closer salons and always run back to Amanda to fix my hair... No one beats her prices, styles, or laughs...
