5 /5 Stephanie Young: Cannot recommend this place enough. The first visit I thought was a fluke because it went so well, but now after 5-6 visits over the last 2 years it’s definitely not a fluke and these people are just really good at what they do! My daughter had cavities and I was originally told she would have to undergo general anesthesia from her previous pediatric dentist. I was uncomfortable by this and got a 2nd opinion from Star Smiles. To my surprise they were very willing to try laughing gas but told me at her age it’s a hit or miss and we may have to resort to general anesthesia. Laughing gas went great. She had to go through this twice and did great both times at only 4.5/5 years old! Instead of being scarred by the dentist, when she found out a week ago she had a dentist appointment today she literally begged me to go early the whole week! She told me she was EXCITED and that the dentist was FUN! She was not let down! The staff today was absolutely wonderful and has been every single time. My son is more on the “difficult” side, but even then they assure me that it’s totally okay and they are so so patient with him not pushing him to do anything he doesn’t want to do! Each time at the end the kids get tooth brushes, sugar free pops, a balloon, and a coin for vending machines that have toys! They even have an arcade upstairs. They are out of network for us, but when it comes to pricing I feel like I was paying the exact same amount as before when I took them to the previous dentist if not less. Their communication is also amazing. They sent me the treatment totals before the appointment and have always even texted me to make sure my daughter was doing okay after her procedures. I honestly hope I never have to go anywhere else!
