Txwallbed Murphy Beds: I first visited First Presbyterian church when I attended a funeral for my neighbor. The pastor spoke so eloquently I decided to try again. I packed up my grandchildren and off we went. We started with my husband and myself. Then the grandchildren. Their parents(our children) enjoyed the sermons and started attending. This has never happened. Through the love and kindness (in this church) we have found our way to Gods house. I feel very. Very blessed.

D Sz: I recently asked to have my sister-in-law’s ashes be blessed by a priest or deacon. I was told by whoever answered the phone, NO! My sister-in-law husband cannot afford a plot at a cemetery. They can bless your car or your pet or your house but they can’t bless one of God’s creations!?!?! No wonder so many catholics are leaving the church. I think it’s usually a person that thinks she’s in charge of everything that ruins everything!

We have lots of Childrens services ongoing and have a self paced school available for preK to 12th grade. The kids get to do many things like any community school ie sports/music/drama/science fairs/ and church day on Wednesdays where they learn about Jesus and how to behave in church settings, but they learn at their own pace. We have some awesome teachers just ask their students.
