4 /5 Mickey Merchant: When I was making arrangements for my husbands mass the funeral home called the church to coordinate the mass with them. I went 2 days before the service and found out my husbands mass wasnt even on their calendar. The coordinator had to call the priest to get information. And my niece and a group she is in were going to sing during the mass but had to speak to a music director first. He was supposed to call her but never did. When the coordinator called him to remind him to call her he said something that was pretty rude. He didnt realize the speaker on the phone was on and I heard what he said and then he tried to say it wasnt a bad thing he said. I sat with the coordinator for almost an hour to make sure everything was right. They were very disorganized. There is a huge lack of communication between all the staff. Thankfully the mass itself went well.
