Today I took my son, who is 5 and just chose the first available stylist. That person happened to be Keyla. I was charged $27 for a child’s haircut. Keyla was extremely rude. For example: I heard Keyla tell my son to look down. So I reminded him nicely to look down. She said I don’t need him to look down. I’m holding his head how I want it. But just in a very rude manner. She also made other comments to him that were rude. I understand COMPLETELY he is not the easiest to cut. He’s very fidgety and loves to talk. I let her finish, I paid and left. I read other Google reviews on here and learned I’m not the only person that has had a problem with Keyla. After a long day I got home and checked my app because I felt $27 was A LOT to charge for a 5 year old. After checking my app she charged him for the “Adult Triple Play”. He did not receive ANYTHING that a triple play offers. I then thought maybe she charged extra because of the hard part my son got. Especially since other reviews say they were charged extra. So I took it upon myself to call other SportsClips. They ALL told me they do not charge extra for hard parts.
Absolutely ridiculous! I’m not sure how she is even still working there since there are other reviews just about her! We will never be back.
