One time I got the wrong color and chose not to say anything, but the owner knew it was wrong when he saw the finished product and encouraged me to speak up the next time. Well, the next time I came in I had a very specific color in mind (but couldn’t remember the number) and nearly everyone in the salon was looking for the match to the picture I had pulled up on Pinterest. I felt like they were doing too much, but they were all happy to help find the color to ensure I left happy. It was great customer service, and I’ll be back again!

4 /5 Valerie Armstrong: Second time visiting, my tech was fantastic, super polite, and nailed (pun intended) my design requests! Although, today I had to wait almost an hour even though I had an appointment. I get techs can get behind. Would have rather been told to come back if it was more than a 20 minute wait, but overall a wonderful salon. Definitely will be making this my regular spot!
