Very few speak English but they definitely know how to take take of you!! Definitely recommend to anyone. They did way more to my nails as far as ensuring quality than any other place Ive been to!! Went with a friend and she got the green

1 /5 Vanessa Lopez: I went to get a Pedi and acrylic nails. Asked for a basic Pedi no scrub no massage. And my acrylic I have a v french tip. My nails look like pregnant guppies and when they painted my first toe on the Pedi, I told her thats not what I asked for. She straight up ignored me and kept painting. I had to physically pull my foot back and asked her to fix it. She ended up just calling in one of her nieces from the back to paint my nails. $100 for both is a little steep for mediocre service and nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

5 /5 Mackenzie Vaughan: Ma did my nails and y’all best set I’ve ever had. She talked to me the whole time and stayed engaged in conversation which was a blast! She filed my nails so perfectly and did exactly what I asked. Seriously best experience ever here in this town! 10/10 definitely best nail tech I’ve ever had

1 /5 alysia tobar: The last picture is what I asked for. as the white started being applied I advised the Tech that this was not what I wanted she then said that "this was the best she could do "upon completion i told the girl at the front that this was not what I wanted. They had no resolution for me and I was still charged $50 for this horrible service. Highly dont recommend.

Phatima Garrison: Our new go to place! First time visiting this nail salon and let me just say from beginning to end it was a great experience! My husband decided to experience their SnS pedicure and enjoyed it tremendously. He didn’t get the young lady’s name that did his pedicure, but she is the only one in there with colorful hair! He said she did an amazing job! I had a beyond basic pedicure and manicure and I’m truly happy with my feet and nails. They are professional, they take their time, and genuinely want you to leave their shop feeling like you had their very best experience! This is our new nail salon place, give it a try I promise you won’t be disappointed.!!

Pat James: I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other. I highly recommend Essence to everyone.

When I came back to get them fixed, the gentleman who assisted me was rude and kept trying to just file the chips away as opposed to just fixing them. Initial service was horrible as the first tech cut me with the drill and scratched me with her nails and the follow up was worse.

Monica Rodriguez: I’m regretting going to this place, yesterday I paid $100 for the worst “semi-pedicure” because: first my nails weren’t clipped properly, my feet beber were sanded, the lady cut my big toe and I was bleeding she never apologized not worth it. Second supposely I was to get a manicure with a dip, the owner just made the dip and never started a proper manicure, I wonder I was the only costumer in a Saturday morning…. Super bad experience, nothing personal just putting out my own experience.
