Katalina is genuinely gifted in all aspects of salon business, she is focused, very knowledgeable, patient (hard to find in this industry) and delivers. Her salon is clean and bright, and very relaxing. The best part of this review is how Katy studies a womans overall look, and augments the attractive, no matter what age, race etc. She offers top of line products, and integrates throughout the service. Vincent Newberry: It’s a bummer that someone actually posted a 1 star review for this place for not taking walk ins, even without experiencing the 5+ star treatment you get when you do take the time to schedule an appointment. If you want a 1 star experience at a place that takes walk-in’s, please do that, but if you want a place run by a family that will treat you like family and you the time and attention you deserve and at a reasonable price… then go here. You’re not just another face and another dollar with Danny, Barbara and Jason or anyone else that works here, they treat you well, do a fantastic job and earn your repeat business for sure. Had the person that left a 1 star review scheduled an appointment they would have experienced it themselves. I am speaking as a long time customer.
Billy Oxley: You advertise "walk-ins" welcome. Not quite true. I walked in to your location at 118 Barnes Dr. and didnt have my cell phone with me and the women told me she needed my phone number to put me on the list and would not take my name so I could sit in one of your empty 8 or 10 chairs and wait to have my name called and get my hair cut. What you dont advertise is that you have to check in on line first or give your phone number when you walk in the front door. I dont care to be on your" list " nor have my information in your system or share any information about me. WALK-INS ARE NOT WELCOME. Your system sucks.
