She also takes time to explain to her clients the steps she’s taking on their hair, including the products she’s using, the reason behind using certain techniques, and making sure that they are completely satisfied with the service. Katrina did most of my hair in a private room, which was a plus and very professional. I really appreciated her for doing that and it made me feel as if she really cared about her clients. Once done, you couldn’t tell the weave from my own hair. It blended well and was the same length as my hair. So it looked very natural and I have gotten so many compliments.
