As a past tenant for almost 3 years This was a good place for me to start my business, but never would I ever stay there. The Spare key was stolen by a tenant, and we were all told to make plans accordingly if we locked ourselves out of our room because we will not have a key anymore.
My sink was never repaired even though I reminded them several times.
I could hear insane conversations, and profanity with my door closed. I complained about it many times for nothing to be done. My clients were starting to feel uncomfortable.
There is two homeless people outside that constantly scream and yell at people. There is homeless people that live in the dumpsters, and they go through the trash by the front of the salon on a regular basis.
I decided to break my lease because I was offered a window suite closer to my house NOT with SBJC - I knew I was going to have to break my lease and would pay to do so.
As I made Payments they badgered me constantly threatening delinquency. Even though I had already paid half of the balance and had intentions of continuing to do so.
At this location, I experienced a lot of favoritism, fake accountability, And overall, the environment was not suitable for my clients.
There is a lot of other Salon Suite options. I highly recommend looking for a different location.
