1 /5 maebeacook: Horrible experience. Was approached by the Hispanic woman in the store after I greeted her to be told the products are to be purchased by licensed professionals which I knew already. I was then asked for my professional license and drivers license after informing her I was looking. I was called multiple mes which are not my name and then told she could speak to me any way she wanted and further told I could leave If I didnt like her demeaning behavior and words. I departed the store. That condescending bedwench of a woman doesnt need to work for this store at all nor any retail facility which caters to the public. She is an utter embarrassment to the store owners and to the community she represents. Encountering her was sickening to say the least.

1 /5 Liliana Leyva: I came to buy some items at that very moment when the cashier gave me the receipt I decided to return an item and the cashier told me that she couldnt give me the money back she can just give me a card to buy something else, I just paid you and I want to return an item and you come out with that definitely not coming back!

1 /5 lashay Green: Highly racist. Sat for a while two other cars pull up and received service before me. Was never acknowledged as a customer. Had to get out and proceed inside and all was said is this is a professional beauty supply. Never mind the fact that I have 3 license in the beauty field. And was a returning customer. But never again.

5 /5 Mary DuPont: This is my favorite spot for beauty supplies! Both Linda and Diana are so helpful and has ordered me tools when needed. They are usually stocked with my favorites from Shades EQ & has Pulp Riot products that other locations don’t. I wish they did carry more of the IGK line.

5 /5 Vannessa Rocha: I am a cosmetologist and this store here is the best beauty supply store to go to because it has the top brands that the other beauty stores do not carry plus great prices. I’m in love with the shampoo and conditioner by Joico defy and damage and I recommend this to anybody that wants their hair looking flawless, it protects your Hair all day long every day from chemicals that were used prior to your hair and protects it from heat. My hair looks so healthy and shiny and RDA Pro Mart beauty supply is the only one who carries it in Baytown. I even got a lot of friends on this, they love the smell, it smells like perfume!
