1 /5 Jayme Chieze: I had my first appointment here with Anne and she completely transformed my hair into something that I loved so much! She cared about the health of my hair instead of just frying it and she did such a cute cut!! Definitely grateful and happy :)
Update: I am never one to complain and often keep my mouth shut and deal with what I have but this time I don’t want someone else to get screwed over the way I felt I have been. I got my hair done on 9/15 and it was $500 including tip. I asked for fire truck red and this was the color I got. I did love it when I walked out but I washed it one time and it all went to crap. I bought the $80 shampoo from them she recommended to me, I used cold water as recommended, I never use heat or product in my hair, and I’ve only washed it three times since I got it done. There are parts that are completely blonde, parts that are patchy and kinda pink still? Nothing about my hair is consistent or nice and it hasn’t even been a month yet. When I called to complain, they had me come in for a consult. They pretty much told me there was nothing they can do except redue it and charge me all over again. The pictures below are from before, the day after, and 10/07. If you zoom in on the one on top of my head you can see the patchiness. I unfortunately took the risk of trusting someone new with my hair and I completely regret it. It’s one thing to make a mistake but to not be willing to admit to it and not fix it without charging me an arm and a leg is not good business. I have to walk around with my hair looking like this and I can’t fix it without spending a bunch of money.
