3 /5 Noe Ramirez: I have been going here for years. However lately it seems like their customer service has been slacking. They are family owned and operated, and they are very nice people. But they cannot forget that just cause they are good doesnt mean they can slack on their loyalty and punctuality with their customers. During their haircuts, they get too many interruptions and it takes them that much longer for them to finish with each person. Again, nice people but frustrating customer service with or without appointment times.
