Anacecilia Chavez Martinez: If I could leave a 0 I would. I took my car for the AC and they claimed they fixed it. First time I got my car back, the wipers were off, the doors wouldn’t lock, and the windows wouldn’t go down. I went back so they could fix it and left my car there for 2 days. In those 2 days they would not answer phone calls so I had to show up and they said the car was still not ready. They also asked me if anything worked before I took the car to them, trying to blame me for their mistakes. Once they got everything back to normal, it took a day for the AC to stop working again. Not only that, they charged us more than they originally said and said we could pay through cashapp, when we got there they upped the price a few hundred and wanted all cash. In total they took around a week or two to give me my car back. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The only reason Im giving them a 4 is because they took over 5 hours to service my car when the advisor had given me a 2.5 hour time frame. But the manager was very respectful, courteous and fixed the situation promptly. I recommend this place, no question about it.
