1 /5 Alanah Ontiveros: Went in for extensions and paid $1300 and left with blonde/brown extensions that didn’t match. Stylist offered to fix it, and dyed the extensions black, but did not dye my actual hair, so it is still uneven. Extensions should be a luxury service and nothing about my process felt right. When I asked her to dye my natural hair so I didn’t have 2 different hair colors (again) she said she would need to charge me. I then said I could pay, and she informed me there wasn’t enough color because she didn’t know I wanted an all over color. I was unaware I needed to specify I’d like the extensions to match the rest of my hair.
