5 /5 Stephanie Piwonka: Such an easy and quick job from these guys! My AC went out and I am living full time out of my travel trailer so it’s difficult to move it. R&K responded quickly and came out to me to access my problem. They handled all the warranty information and got my new AC ordered. As soon as it came in, they came out to Install it and it was so fast. I’m very happy with my service from them!

5 /5 Casey Cannady: --- 2024/02/07 --- Richard and the team were out yesterday to install the replacement AC unit and other components to get us back up ahead of the warm weather. Hes got this dialed-in! Minimal small talk, direct and detail oriented, efficient delegation of tasks to onsite team members. One thing Ive found living tiny full-time for over 2 years... GOOD work isnt cheap and cheap works ISNT good. R&K are good in my book and I appreciate how they operate. Highly recommend. --- 2024/01/25 --- Called on Tuesday b/c our AC likely died and I do not get on the roof. Spoke with Richard while he was out getting lunch. We got things setup via text. Richard and his assistant/son arrived shortly after providing a "were on our way" text. GREAT COMMUNICATIONS!!! They confirmed our AC was dead and are working to get us a replacement. Ill update once this latest Arctic Fox upgrade has been completed, but its pretty obvious that R&K is a professional run organization. I truly appreciate the communications and professionalism that Ive experienced thus far. Relatively standard trip charge and hourly rates for the industry and work every penny so far.

5 /5 Brenda Nottingham: When we were nearby camping on Easter weekend, our AC froze up and couldn’t be repaired. RK came out and promised a one day turnaround even though the forecast was heavy rain and thunderstorms in the area. As promised, they installed the new unit in pouring rain so we could continue our camping trip to other areas. Very professional and courteous. Did a fantastic job and also fixed the areas around all our vents to ensure we were air conditioning our camper and not the space between the ceiling and roof. Would highly recommend their service, too bad we don’t live near enough to use them all the time.

5 /5 Lauren Mullen: FIVE STAR SERVICE! Small, locally owned rv repair company, very knowledgeable tech that is so nice! We had Tyler out to help us reset our slide and ended up needing a new motor in it. They placed the order for parts and had them back within a couple of days. Best mobile service we have found yet, will definitely be using them again if needed!
