1 /5 Rachel Cortinas-Ramirez: Last year 2017 I took car in to have car horn repaired and get inspection done.
I paid over $100 the horn worked for two Days. Apparently, they wired it improperly that the wire was hanging under car, got caught on something and ripped.
I took it in this year 2018, explained what happened. And was told I should’ve brought it back immediately. I get it! I waited too long. I paid them another $30 for them to rewire/fix it.
I was expecting them to take good care of me since I was giving them another chance to prove they Expertise and professionalism. Very disappointed. Sloppiest job ever! They bent the plastic cover underneath hood, lost my screws and taped wires together and left exposed.
The Rivera’s shop should stick to just doing inspections. It is NOT a car shop for repairs. Please view pictures.
Oh, When I called them this morning. No refund, I was told me to bring it back in. Thanks but No thanks! You’re not going to damage anything else in my car. I’ll take that lost again!
