5 /5 Victoria Poitras: Jacob is an exceptional mechanic! Pulled into Amarillo during an rv trip and noticed a tire didn’t hold air over the night. We were also overdue for service. Called Reyna’s and Jacob said he could take care of it all. His quote was fair and his customer service, expertise and workmanship were exceptional. Showed up when he said he would and took extra time to answer all our questions and address our concerns. After repairing the tire and doing a complete service, Two days later the night before we were set to depart we had discovered another issue. Jacob came out again, on what happened to be his day off to ensure we were able to depart on time and safely. He was extremely professional and friendly and willing to share his knowledge with us while he was making repairs. Would recommend him to anyone in the Amarillo area!

5 /5 MykyTheGreat: I’m not even sure where to start. We had to travel to Amarillo for work (about 7-8 hours). Our car broke down and we were basically stranded hours from home with a small child. This company was the first to come up on google. I called and he was with a customer but promised to call me as soon as he was done. He called me an hour later and set up a time for him to come to us and look at the car. When the time came, he diagnosed us almost immediately. Issues came up when trying to fix us up so he offered to come out again with the right parts ON HIS DAY OFF. This man went above and beyond for us on a desperate day for us and basically saved our trip and lives. Not only did he save our car, he offered to come out to us if there was a chance of breaking down on the way home. Communication was amazing. Timing was amazing. Efficiency was amazing. Thank you Jacob. And thank you Jacob’s wife for letting us steal him on your time. 1000/5 stars.
