5 /5 Lora Cotton: Went to the Richmond TX location because it was inside Walmart and I KNEW would be accessible (due to broken ankle.) The gentleman, believe hes owner or manager did my nails (refill & shellac) and Ive never been happier. I told him I wanted something "festive" for the holidays and he responded that hed take care of me. When he was done, I was ELATED!! Hed done a simple double color (raspberry red with a red glitter top) with the ring finger nail being "plain" raspberry red with a hand drawn snowflake. It was simple, but beautiful!!!! Definitely recommend!

1 /5 Kizzy Carsen: The older lady is HORRIBLE! Shes rough when using the drill. She doesnt listen to the customers as in what they want. She ruined my coffin shaped nails. When I told her what shape I had and wanted to keep, she filed one hand down too short. I told her I was not satisfied. She said she would correct it however, shed already filed them down to where I could no longer have coffin shape. Now I have to go elsewhere for a soak-off and get an overlay. I REFUSE to ever go here again. 1 star was given only because of the young lady whos good at pedicures. Unfortunately its not good enough for me to EVER spend my money there again.

1 /5 Jamie Jimenez: Took my daughter so she could sit in the princess chair but nope it was "broken" Wanted to leave right away but my baby wanted her pedicure. The lady was RUDE that worked on me.!!!!! She had a customer come in and she rushed my pedicure. Only massaged my legs for maybe 2 minutes.  She already painted my toes so I told her no feet because the massage would have messed them up. Whos does the polish first??? So I paid $35.00 for a half pedicure with a 2 minute massage!!!! She then asked if I used lotion because my skins horrible! RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!! The one lady that worked on my daughter was very nice. She was older and took her time. Im glad she was nice because I just kept smiling so my baby would enjoy her time. Never again

2 /5 Tiffany Wilmore: I popped in just to get my toes polished. Of course I was upsaled, but I didn’t have time so just requested toes polished. The nail tech was not friendly toward me and proceeded to “skip” a step by not applying a base coat. When I corrected her, she said some customers don’t want a base coat, but she never asked if I was “that” customer. Overall, the experience was poor due to the lack of integrity and friendliness…2 stars is being generous and merciful…
