I had a consultation with her and she recommended a K18 treatment and silk press. I had really bad split ends, my hair was dull and I thought I’d need to chop it off and start over. After the appointment, my hair was shiny, full and had movement again. She didn’t have to cut it as short as I’d anticipated. It’s in a cute bob and I love my hair. On top of that, she has a great personality and her professionalism was refreshing.

I asked for her to trim my bangs and she did not even try to make my part even so my bangs are all over the place. She seemed like she was in a hurry for me to be out.she was very nice and shared some cool stories but that was the only good thing I can say about my first time experience. I hate leaving bad reviews and never really do but my hair looks horrible after getting home, washing my hair, and trying to style it. I got my haircut for a wedding but it looked better before it was cut. It saddens me to leave this review but it saddens me to look at the mirror and see my hair.
