5 /5 b: Providence Baptist Church My father deeded this church & property to be used as a Church. It has been used by Seminary Students for decades to give sermons and fellowship to local farmers & ranchers. We have had wonderful Seminary Preachers over the years. One was quite memorable. He had the gift of making each person feel as if he was talking directly to them whether it was a 78 year old cowboy, a punkster or a young six year old child. He wore a cowboy hat, a six shooter and a guitar strapped across his shoulders and had the wit of a Sage. All seminary students need to sign up and show your wares. It is to remain a Church in memorium. It cannot be used for residential purposes, nor hunting lodge nor cabin nor for ranch hand housing.
