3 /5 Dagoberto J Rodriguez: Came to Pretty Nails a little over a week ago, I don’t remember if it was on a Monday but I walked in and I was the ONLY person in the salon the entire time and I rarely do manicures but I did a pedicure and manicure. The entire time I got my pedi and mani I felt like she was rushing, my pedicure came out decent but my manicure, I felt like she rushed It and missed a lot of dead cuticle and some of it started to peel back. I still left her a good tip but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

However, ever since they changed ownership and got all new employees I haven’t liked it and now I just don’t plan to ever go back. I have always gotten shellac on my toes but now I can’t because the previous lady shaved my nail too much to where you could see dark pink through my nail and it’s too sensitive now to keep getting shallac until it grows out. Now after my most recent visit and declining shellac a few times her paint job was just atrocious.

I wanted square oval but he didn’t even ask before filing away. I could’ve done this horrible of a job for free.
