5 /5 Jackie Boykin: Wonderful mani and pedi today with Nina and Myra. This was my first time to have my nails done at PKN and I was very happy with the results. Both of these women were attention to the little details to make my hands and feet look amazing. Upon entering I noticed immediately how the salon is clean and orderly. I left feeling pampered and appreciated for coming in today . This is a 5 star salon!

2 /5 Rita Lee: I used to love this place but it seriously needs to clean their tools. I got a fungus that took over six months to clear up. I had to get medication from my doctor. A friend also had the same problem from here and it took a full year to clear up. I went back to verify that they don’t clean their tools around October and Christmas to see if they don’t clean their tools. And they don’t. I’m lucky I didn’t get another fungus. And honestly it is very lazy of them. I guess I could have reported them but I decided just not to go there anymore for a regular manicure and pedicure that cost $65.00. They used to cost $50.00 and they used to clean their equipment back in the pandemic days. The owner and the women that work there are very nice. That’s why I went back. But I don’t want another fungus. The parking is okay. Not great. They leave the door open when the weather is cooler but the pollen, dust and pollution from the road get inside. I don’t appreciate this. They have good hours.

5 /5 Kelly: Best kept secret in town! This is by far the best nail salon in the area. They use high quality products which last a long time and it doesnt matter which one of the ladies works on you - they are all fantastic!! I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years and they still have the same staff after all of this time. That really says something about a salon when they have both loyal customers AND loyal staff!! Call for an appointment as their loyal customer base keeps them busy.

5 /5 Nishiki K Maredia: PKN Day Spa is the best nail salon in Austin! Everyone is so kind, and the pedicures are amazing — extremely thorough, very accommodating, and super luxurious. The price is seriously unbeatable — and the add-ons are definitely worth it. Super clean, tons of parking, all around fantastic. Big thank you to Anna for an amazing pedicure today!

5 /5 Hannah Embry: This is my favorite nail place in town. The ladies are impeccable at what they do and are always kind and personable. At Organics on 620, twice Ive had to clean up around my nail after my appointment because the work was so sloppy. These ladies would never let me leave like that - my polish is centered perfectly on my nails and nothing on my cuticles. I hate writing reviews, but I love this salon more.
