Met Michael at my appointment time. He immediately made me feel better. He said ii is rarely as bad as it looks. I left my trailer and went back to work. He called me later that day and said we got you all fixed up. I thought they would have it for several days. I picked it up the next morning. Wow what a difference. It pulled so much better. They did a great job at a good price. Honest people doing great work. I highly recommend them.

Kendrick Gilstrap: Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Went in to get an inspection, willing to fix whatever the truck needed, and the guy wouldn’t give me 2 seconds of his time. Only told me my truck was no where close to passing inspection and walked away without wanting to fix the issue. (Tinted windows was the only fail) pulled tint and got inspected up the road from them.

I arrived 15 minutes early and asked the guy at the counter if he would be able to get me in at my appointed time. I was told "not a chance there were other people ahead of me." So I called and drove to the High Street location and got right in. Service was fantastic and quick. The new manager is on top of things and very knowledgeable.

SGBigboy82: The shop has a problem in that it is overloaded with work. Takes a long time to get your car back. Ive had two cars in there and was charged for things that werent repaired. He also marked up some of the parts by 50%. I think hes a nice guy but not as good as some of the reviews said. Like I said he charged me for time he spent working on things but they still didnt work when he got through with it.
