1 /5 Monica Wallace: They treated my husband very poorly he has severe asthma...and they wasnt the least bit concerned I understand they were busy but they had ppl of a different race...going ahead of him thats unacceptable and overlooked him and then the dr gone asked him what do he want him to do...you the one with the doctorate dumb ass you tell him I hope we never have to come back to that place!!

1 /5 Veronica Butler: Worst place to go! My daughter went a few days ago and she was completely dismissed. Her pain was not taken seriously and was discharged with a bogus diagnosis. She ended up going to another place and was taken seriously and diagnosed with pleurisy and bronchitis and given the proper prescriptions! Signature claimed it was a problem with her ovaries and did an abdominal CT when her complain was pain in her ribs! This is the reason people seek medical care out of Paris. Anything associated with PRMC is a joke.

3 /5 Angus Cow: The nurses are absolutely wonderful BUT the doctor there shows no compassion at all. Walked in the room and said what’s wrong with you. Never said im dr —— or hello mrs —- just what’s wrong with you! I think he needs to work on his bedside manner

1 /5 Scott Davis: Staff is great, and if you have insurance its great, if not... I got a 1500 dollar bill for a Tetanus shot I could of just went to CBS for and it would of been 80 dollars....Ridiculous

5 /5 william walker: I have had the best care every single time I or my husband have had to go here. This trip was no exception. From the front desk with Amelia all the way to the back with Alice and Ashley to Dr. Garcia. Everyone was helpful, friends, knowledgeable, and listen to us rant on and on without missing a beat. Never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Offered us warm blankets and anything else we needed in our three hour visit that didnt feel that long. We will always choose Signature Care for our immediate medical needs. Thank you all for your warm hospitality.

Barbara Garcia: Since Dr. Roberts left, this place has really gone down hill. This new doctor doesnt care about the elderly. I went there a few times and he informed me to get my non-narcotic pain medicine which I have been on for 20 plus years that I would need to go to a pain management clinic which I have Never abused.He gave me 3 different medicines for 1 prescription. 1 of which I explained I couldnt take. Then I got Ill and needed a refill on my nausea medicine, he called in some different medicine. Then he offered me to come in to get a 250.00 COVID test. I believe he is weeding out the elderly people to get younger clients. My mother n law had almost the same experience. He told her she would have to go to pain management clinic. She is 85 yrs old. I will NEVER return. Neither will my mother n law. We WERE taking tramadol. Nothing addictive. We both have taken this med for many years with NO problems. Now I have to find another doctor. And I have no insurance. What a sad situation just because he thinks he knows whats good for someone who he just met. No compassion or care for us. Also at our age I assume that he doesnt care nor understand what it does to our bodies to be taking medicines for many years and then All of a sudden be taken off those medicines.

Richard Vernadeau: Went to Dr Gangulys office at 8:30 simply to get the paperwork to go do lab tests. Girl at the reception area told me to go to waiting room that it would be a few minutes. 15 Minutes later I returned to the same reception and she said shed go back there and see what was taking so long and meet me in the waiting room. 10 more minutes pass. I go back to the receptionist and she informs me that they were having to change the ink in the printer. So then I get the paperwork. It is now 9:06. I go down to the Labcorps to hand over paperwork and have tests run. I sit down in that waiting room and one woman sitting there informed me that there was nobody in the lab and that she had been sitting there 20 minutes already. I waited another 15 minutes and another lady had sat down also right as I had come in. Two of us had pushed the button to ring the lab room to let them know we were there. There was no response during the 15 minutes that I was there. I got up and left as I had other appointments elsewhere and was on a time schedule.

I greatly appreciate that the pediatricians at this clinic are the same on staff at the hospital so Dr. Gibbs has cared for my kids since the day they were born. She patiently answers all my questions and my kids and I adore her! Weve seen most of the other providers as well and always been grateful for the wonderful care weve received. Cant recommend them enough.

When a staff member helps a client with the computer they ask personal medical information in the waiting area...no privacy. A nurse told me on my first visit that I was fine and she didnt know why I was there. I do not feel cared for at this clinic.

Cara Fuller: RUN AWAY from this place. (Warning long review) Another review stated “ tried to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence and negligence” and I couldn’t put it any better myself. My son is a patient of Dr Holmes. Well, he had one phone visit with her. She prescribed medication. He responded well. That was last year sometime. Since then, we have spent all day holding the phone in hand waiting for a call for a phone visit that never happened TWICE. We were told they tried to call and we didn’t answer. Yeah right - we waited all day, no voicemail or missed call from her or her office. We had another appointment cancelled because she was on leave. Today, they cancelled his appointment because she “called out sick”. They offered me a reschedule two months from now. My son is out of psychiatric meds and will crash. A “crash” for him is generally violent. Dangerous for him, us, and his siblings. Dr Holmes refuses to refill the meds till he is seen. His nurse said she would send her a request when they called to cancel my appointment. That was five hours ago. I just called to check on it and was told they had not heard from her and the nurse or whoever I talked to was rude and dismissive about it. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Literally any other doctor. This place is terrible.
