1 /5 Alexa Luna: I’m very disappointed. On Saturday May 19, 2018 I decided to go to this establishment to dye my hair and get a trim. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly and was ask about what I wanted. I told her I wanted to dye my hair light brown. She said it would be a wait. I noticed then how busy the salon was and told them it was fine. After all I didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t mind. After an hour or so, this lady came up to me and ask me what I wanted. I showed her a picture and told her that I didn’t want to bleach my hair. She then showed me the book of colors and pointed to one. I wasn’t sure if it would look like the picture I had shown her but I agree with her since I don’t know. She then pursued to dye my hair. After, she was done she told me to wait in the couch. She never told me for how long she just told me to wait. She then moved on to another customer. An hour passed and she still hadn’t call me. I let 20 more minutes pass and then decided it was to long. To my knowledge you shouldn’t leave the dye for to long. When I went to ask the assured me it was okay. I was upset by this time. I didn’t mean to be rude but under the circumstances I had a reason to be upset. I had also ask for a trim and she didn’t even ask if I like it. The end results where not what I wanted. I am very upset of how dry my hair feels. Usually when I dye and cut it feels healthier but this time I was left with disappointed. This is just my experience but I wanted to share so maybe next time they can communicate better with the customer.
