07-2025 New Life Lutheran Church in List 18 Churches Open Monday in Pearland, TX Epiphany Lutheran Church - Pearland Andrea D: I have debated writing this review for a very long time. I had my child in their MDO program two years ago. We pulled her out after 3-4 months of attending. My daughter at the time was just under 2 years old. We dropped her off just to get a break and do some errands/chores. I would notice other classrooms would have lots of pictures, but I would constantly look for pictures of her, and there were very few. One time, I picked her up and she was waiting for us. They were all sitting down and she was getting up to greet us when the teacher yanked her arm. I work in the medical field and this is typically how a nursemaids elbow happens. I was shocked to see the teacher treat her so roughly while I was watching. I cant imagine what happens behind closed doors. Besides being sick 50% of the time, ultimately the reason why we pulled her out, is when she came home with orange fiber remnants in her cheek. Her cheek was super puffy and when we told her to open her mouth there was still food in there. Normally, not a red flag; however, theres a 1 hour nap after lunch time. There was a possibility of her choking on that in her sleep. Some children lose their lives with a careless mistake like this. Unfortunately, I would never be able to recommend this place for anyone to leave their child.
Calvary Baptist Church Pearland - Pearland Donna Warren: We enjoy attending this church when visiting our son who is the present Pastor.
The people are very welcoming and friendly.
The sermon is uplifting, and the music is worshipful.
Throne Room Global Ministries - Pearland Kasha Gardner: Throne Room is a beautiful place of worship. The leaders Bishop Kahlil Grier and Prophetess Maria Grier are great shepards after Gods heart. They truly push and support the people in their walks with God. The best thing they do is they truly show how much they care for the people. They adopt the people and make them feel like family. Throne Room is a home away from home. There is truly a spirit of God that dwells in this place.
Fellowship-Believers Baptist - Pearland Mitchell Sykes: Very good ministry that shows transparency that is refreshing. The pastor is friendly and lives what he teaches and preaches. The people are friendly and loving. They made me feel at home like my home church in the country. I recommend this ministry if you are serious about growing in Christ.
Fresh Impact Church - Manvel De’Risha Davis: Fresh Impact Church has truly been one of the greatest blessings in my life. As a young adult, I spent over two years searching for a church home where I could genuinely experience Gods presence not just hear about Him, but truly know Him for myself.
After countless visits to other churches, I began to feel discouraged because I didn’t sense the authentic presence of God I was yearning for. I prayed fervently for a place where I could encounter the real Jesus Christ and grow deeper in my faith.
For months, I received multiple invitations to Fresh Impact Church from my friend’s mother and godmother, but I hesitated to attend. Finally, on December 3, 2023, I accepted the invitation and it changed everything.
That morning, as I prepared to go, I prayed one last time, asking God for a clear sign that this was where I belonged. From the moment I stepped into the foyer, I was overwhelmed by the love and warmth I felt from every member who greeted me.
Then, as I entered the sanctuary, I experienced something indescribable the tangible presence of God. It was as though He embraced me, and I knew in that moment this was the place I was meant to be.
Pastor Tyrone’s message that day felt like it was spoken directly to me, as if God Himself was using him to answer my prayers. Since that day, my journey with Fresh Impact Church has been nothing short of transformative.
I’ve found a loving, unfiltered, Bible-based community that prays, serves, supports, and helps me grow deeper in my faith. Words cant fully capture what this church means to me. All I can say is that I’ve finally found my home.
Shepherd of the Heart Church - Pearland Q B: FIRST TIME HERE AT THE CHURCH AND I MUST SAY I ENJOYED IT. EVEN THOUGH WE WAS HERE FOR A FUNERAL… IT WAS CLEAN EVERYWHERE AND THE RESTROOM WAS. CLEAN AS WELL… I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DECORATION ALL OVER!
Fort Bend Community Church FBCC at Pearland - Pearland Crystal Chu: This church started with prayer and is built on the rock of Christ. There is a group of co-workers who are deeply committed to spreading the gospel of Christ. The core values of the church are to study the Bible earnestly, experience the Holy Spirit actively, work joyfully in teams, and build families wisely. Here, I feel Gods love and the joy of gathering with brothers and sisters, while not losing sight of the goal and mission of evangelism. Here, I have learned the truth of the Lord, served the Lord, experienced His healing, love, and presence. Like drinking water, only the drinker knows whether it is cold or warm. I recommend that you come and participate yourself, and you will understand what I am saying.
