1 /5 Kasandra Boyne: I attended this church for 2 years during which my ex husband convinced the pastoral staff that I was a danger to him and our son so he could get biblically based "permission" to divorce me, all based on false information. Without hesitation or even speaking with me they gave him permission to divorce me, ultimately breaking apart our family. This church will stand by you if you APPEAR to follow the rules. The pentecostal church is all about how everything appears. I went to 2 years of seminary affiliated with this church. Its all smoke and mirrors.

I enjoy the entire experience I have of being in Gods presence with fellow believers from the time I step out of my vehicle onto the grounds until the time I leave. As a single mom of two teens, having a place of worship we all enjoy going to has been a tremendous blessing. If you want to know what Heaven looks like, step into NLA! Not only is it a beautiful place, I love the diversity. This ministry provides everything one needs to reclaim their life in Christ, grow both professional and personal, and serve in the area God has called them to. Come visit when you are in Austin on Wednesday night or Sunday. If you comment on this review ahead of time, Ill save you a seat.

B B: Uplifting protestant church with great music, singing and a female pastor. Friendly, lots of people said hello. Communion every Sunday - open to all. Fully gay inclusive. Free coffee too. My husband said it was like a 12 Step meeting with music.

They have been so much more supporting than our biological family ever could. Trust me, if you are searching for good, genuine people. This is the place. And if you have any questions or doubts about faith. Bring them. Come as you are! There is no pressure or judging in this place!

St. Davids Episcopal Church - Austin

Scott La Rock: I took my wife to St. Davids for a distinctive date night (a Fever presentation - Candlelight: Antonio Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons concerto). The churchs historical sanctuary was the perfect atmosphere/backdrop for this classical performance. The church has impressive woodwork, decor, and furniture throughout. Highly recommended as a venue if you ever get the opportunity.

University Christian Church - austin - Austin

Nora E Bradshaw: My husband and I did premarital counseling with Reverend Megan Peglar here. I highly recommend her. We also visited the church for service. Both Megan and the assistant pastor were great. The church is very welcoming, and communion is open to all people.

Central Christian Church - austin - Austin

William White: I attended this Church for only one Sunday when I was looking for a Church over a year ago. There was largely an older population that was very small and was at the time meeting in a small room on the side due to issues with the HVAC system. I would neither recommend this Church nor not recommend this Church. I primarily attended this Church for the Architectural aspect and was saddened that I was unable to view the Sanctuary due to their HVAC issues. I 100% would recommend this building for anybody interested in Architecture.

San Luis Rey Catholic Church - Laredo

Michele DeVoe: We rode here by bicycle and felt very welcome at the 5 PM English mass which is a youth service. It was wonderful to see the participation! The music ministry was excellent with contemporary selections well suited for the days readings. The priest provided an engaging homily complete with PowerPoint slides that added to the interest. We even asked for a copy to be emailed to us. We are so glad we were able to attend mass here!
