5 /5 Lawrence Hernandez: Very pretty church with a lot of history. The stained glass is amazing and the chapel is beautiful. Would recommend anyone wanting to stop by and appreciate this place

5 /5 M R: Part of the painted churches of Texas trail, like 20 in tx alone, this one was on my way to San Antonio. I got to stop since Im a fan of religious art. The tour is available for a fee, but it is not worth it. Tour the churches if you have time to drive from one to the next. Beautiful interior, it reminded me of the Sistine chapel in Rome,

5 /5 Adam N-A: The "Queen of the Painted Churches" or the "Queen of Schulenberg". This is a beautiful church, very intricate and decorated on the inside. Free to go, open 8-5 daily. Note that this is an active church, not just a tourist attraction, so respect is necessary. I would check beforehand to make sure you arent visiting during mass.

5 /5 David Crowder: Beautiful Church. Enjoyed our picnic under the Pavillion in the back. There is a gift shop in the old rectory house. The kind and very knowledgeable attendant told us about a very interesting re-route so we wouldnt miss the Piano Bridge road. Awesome advice on her part.
