    Valeria Estrada: I have been coming to this salon multiple times for eyebrow threading and have always had a good experience, but my visit yesterday, March 8, 2025, was disappointing. I went in at 5pm, and although the sign says they close at 6pm, it was clear the staff was ready to leave. We were the last two customers, and the service felt rushed. They immediately closed and left as soon as we walked out the door, which made it feel like my service was rushed. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning with my left eye all cut up from the threading. This has never happened before, and I am very concerned about the quality of service I received. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers receive careful and attentive service, regardless of the time of day.

I had a procedure called hybrid eyebrows for the first time and I loved the way my face features got adjusted naturally by the work she did on my eyebrows. Her natural creativity and accuracy on her assessment is a plus. I made a huge mistake in not following up with her on my last eyebrow retouch, I tried someone else and it ended in a disaster that now Paulette is fixing using extreme work such as removing the eyebrow ink by laser… I appreciate her professionalism and expertise!
