5 /5 Ivy Rutledge: Great environment, the ladies were nice and I could tell they are good friends. Jammed out to 2000s R&B and got my nails done. Cant wait to go back in a few weeks when they start doing pedicures.

3 /5 Antwanette Aguilar: Had a 2 hour appointment for nails and pedicure. Walk out with just my nails after 2 hours. Reach out a few times to try and get them to fix my nails, I had to reach out to another lady from the shop to get a response. Then there was excuses on rush time 2 hours, just my nails got done. For paying $89 it was not worth it. I was so disappointed with the quality that I got. I hadnt used them in a few years, but the quality is not what I was expecting. I had lumps, missing acrylic in spots, one really thin that it cracked the next day. So sorry to say I wont be back.

From elegant nice staff and clean environment. Such a high end experience and a great price. I’ve soent the same amount or more and the salon doesn’t compare to how elegant this one is and the work is wonderful my husband loved my nailed and I do as well not chucks very natural finished work will be going again .

yanigeo: I went in on January 9th (my birthday) to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. I don’t know how they did my nails but they are done so poorly. It’s been 5 days and my nail chipped of opening up a makeup shadow at work, not only that but the nails are lifting and I was able to literally bite off the rest of the nail without it hurting. The nail came off like a press on nail. Not only that but the lady cut my cuticles on both hands. I would not recommend this place!!!!!!

Karina Grand: I went in for a fill in and to redo the color. The nail tech botched my nails. As you can see, the nail shape is horrid, noticeably uneven, and super thick. The nail tech cut my skin, while trying to cut down my nails. The gel polish is NOT a solid color, and really highlights the unevenness of the nail. Additionally, you can see my real nail peaking through on my thumb! Attached you will find pictures straight out of the salon. I cannot believe I paid $50 for this poor job.

Kimberly H. provides the best facials and even changes the service based on your skin needs since not everyone is the same. Victoria D, Desiree and Melly are all amazing as massage therapists and make me feel so loved and attended to when Im done. I always look forward to my visit.

Misty Gardella Brown: We came in for a couple’s pedicure, it was our first time at Pretty Nails. Staff was very friendly. A little on the gentle side, I am used to an Asian pedicure where they really give you a real scrub and callous removal. My husband still had sock fix in his corner of his nails on both lg toes that I had to dig out at home. My polish was so gooey that by the time I made it to my car, I had to put a glitter polish at home over it because it was smudged. I was surprised they did not put wet nails under a dryer. Again friendly service, but at $40 each I should not have had to fix our toes at home.
