Anna Nail & Spa - Anna Kayleigh Russell: I’m giving them a 2 because they fixed it for free, but the older woman that did my nails filed my nail bed down on multiple nails that were red and painful afterwards. I even commented about how thin my nails were to begin with and she just laughed, agreed, and continued to buff my nail bed with the filing tool. My nails were sore the next day and hurt to touch! Not only did she buff my nail bed, the filing and shaping she did on the ends was just awful and at the end of the manicure, my nails were bumpy on top with specks of black in the light pink gel polish. The male at the front fixed them at no charge the following day, but had to add a protective layer over them and reassured me that because he did this, I wouldn’t have to get them redone for a while and all they’d have to do is change the color. Well, I’m a week out and my cuticles look awful and they absolutely need to be completely redone.
