Danny Foix Shell Service Center - Wichita Falls Mel Loftis: I drove around for 2 hours trying to get a state inspection, and was told it was a 2 hr wait, or their system was down, and thats just the ones that acknowledged me when I walked in. The guys here, got me in and out faster than any place I had previously used. And they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
Gerber Collision & Glass - Wichita Falls Monica Crawford: Took my 2025 Altima in on 4/14/25 for hail damage. Got it back today 5/15/25, and the check engine light was on. (The light was NOT on when I dropped it off) Mind you, no one told me the light was on, before or after I paid my deductible. After I asked about the engine light being on, Louis proceeded to tell me “O after we did our post scan of the vehicle, the diagnostic results showed the Freon sensor has an issue. So you need to take it to the dealership.” I haven’t had my car for almost a month and now I need to take to the dealership for them to fix it! And if this isn’t under warranty I’m responsible for it. Plus I have no A/C, not blowing cold air. It doesn’t bother me that they had my car for so long, I had some pretty bad hail damage. What bothers me is that they almost let me leave the lot without telling me what had happened! And they were so quick to blame the company that calibrated my vehicle. Very very poor service!
Caliber Collision - Wichita Falls Eric Walters: What a great bunch of folks!... Unfortunately I hit an igloo cooler going down the highway which knocked the bumper off... I put duct tape in to secure the bumper where all the snaps had broke apart and they were nice enough to inspect it to see if they thought you was able to continue the additional 3 and 1/2 hour journey.
