1 /5 Kelly Vazquez: I came to get my hair cut. When I walked in, I asked the girl if she knew how to cut layers and she said yes. I told him I just wanted him to cut the ends and layer the front, but it turned out he didnt know. In the end, I asked her how much it was for the cut, she told me a price and ended up charging me what she wanted.

At 5:35 pm there was no one else cutting hair that day other than a short girl)
