Brad Kirkpatrick: Cash paying customer could get transmission rebuilds in about 3 days. Daughters Durango was under extended warranty. 3 weeks to get warranty adjustment to the location and then another 3 weeks, after 8 weeks messing around with warranty a NEW TRANSMISSION was put in from which was purchased at the dealership. 3 yr/100K warranty on this transmission. EDS advised that would be the last Durango they worked on . Dont know if cause it was all wheel drive 2020. Just glad it fixed. The extended warranty now is to pay back on car rental for 5 weeks. Guess we will see how long that takes. Total cost of transmission job was 9,000.00$; daughter had to come out of her pocket 1400.00$.
