MedFirst Primary Care - Schertz (TX)

5 /5 Samantha: I do not understand how this office has the reviews it has. Everything was smooth for me, from checking in, seeing the Dr, and checking out. I got lab work done as well. And the wait time to see the doctor and to get labs wasn’t bad at all. The nurses were great and when I tell you Dr. Carmichael was amazing, I would recommend her so much. My last visit with a medical office left me to the point where I was ready to never see a doctor again (it’s crazy that they have better reviews than this office because what!?) but she actually was so patient, kind, and listened to what I had to say in regards to my body. I’m so happy to have found this practice!!

5 /5 Alyssa Wallace: I’m sorry to have seen such low reviews for this office. I personally had such a good first experience. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming. My physician was great. She validated my concerns and we came up with a plan together. The lab technician was also very kind and efficient. Overall, I’m looking forward to returning for future visits.
