3 /5 R Car: Braids were ok, they need help on customer service, I felt like I was at somebodys kitchen getting my hair done, all the stopping to take care of personal business, the bathroom was not the cleaniest hair everywhere on the floor. 10 hours and they did not offer me anything to drink, you could at least have water and some nuts or popcorn. Stop overbooking clients.

And My Amazing Beautician "Candy Hamilton" said I Wasnt The Only One. Crown Plaza Has Multiple Businesses On Site. Really Enjoy Getting My Hair Cut. I Feel So Much Better.
