5 /5 Lola Martinez: This was my first visit. I was nervous because I had to change salons because my previous salon closed. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Ana was amazing and did a great job with freshening up my color and cut. I thought the cost of the services as very reasonable and I look forward to my next visit and hopefully taking advantage of the many other services they provided.

5 /5 Caitlyn Casey: I really enjoyed my visits at Mathis salon and spa, Amanda was super friendly and informative during my consult for the Kybella treatment which actually works! Carolina did my injections and was very sweet, charismatic and professional. When I went back for my skinny drip Carolina made me feel at home and was able to get my IV going on the first try which is rare! Overall I’m very impressed with these ladies and cannot wait for another promotion!

1 /5 Mafalda Francis: I went in wanting face framing and partial highlights. I wanted very visible blonde highlights I simply wanted them to be caramel. My stylist convinced me into bayalage instead and the results are veryyy underwhelming. I barely look like a blonde, this does not match the reference picture or the verbal description I gave. I have maybe one visible strand and the rest blends making me still look brunette. For $360 dollars I should have gone somewhere else. So disappointing Edit: Response to comment: I took a month to post a review because I was trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I informed staff I was disappointed with my hair when I called to cancel my follow up appointment. They said the same thing, that they would have a manager get in touch with me and so I waited, waited, waited. Did not here anything back. I even saved the Salons number on my phone. And even now after making my review and seeing your reply no manager has contacted me. You don’t seem to struggle to send me spam text messages about new sales and promotions but after waiting 2 months I haven’t been able to speak to a manager? Again for the cost of this place, the hair services and customer service is not equal. Will go somewhere else from now on.
