1 /5 Osvaldo Garcia: BEWARE of this shop. I sent my car over to get repaired because the GEAR STICK felt loose, so I was unable to change Gears. There was no metal crank or any metal sound that would indicate that the transmission was broken (I parked this car and didnt use it for almost 9 years and on day 2 of using it this problem happened and I did tell the shop about it obviously). So, the gear stick was almost completely "loose". It would fall to a side by itself while the car was off. So, the shop told me that the issue was the entire Transmission and that they had one they could sell me for over a grand. It didnt make ANY SENSE whatsoever. We bought this brand new from the dealership and never had any transmission issues (manual transmission). So I ended up taking my car away somewhere else. Well, turns out that we only needed the "Gear Shift Linkage Repair Kit", that is under twenty dollars in AutoZone. The owner looked at me in the eyes to tell me that I needed a new transmission and that he had one to sell me and it was total BS. Thankfully they didnt work on my car. Please beware of them.
