LUXURY NAIL SPA - Bee Cave (TX)

2 /5 Kai: I don’t think they put a top coat on my nails. It looked strange but I thought it would dry to normal. The white tips are very thick on some fingers and next day the “top coat” is bubbling and peeling off. I didn’t realize until halfway through they were using USED emery boards and buffers which is a huge sanitation issue. They are very kind and accommodating but a $32 ($39 with tip) manicure should last longer than 24 hours. Edit: It’s been 24 hours and my nails are peeling off (this is regular polish, not gel). I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and I will have to repaint my nails in the morning :(

1 /5 R & CO.: Sorry- this isn’t luxury in any stretch of the imagination. 1. We know better > don’t use old grubby nasty emery boards and buffers from one client to the next. This is disgustingly cheap and giving zero value to your clients health. 2. I had my dip nails removed, at first they put me with someone who’s not familiar with the tools and I could tell she was going to rip up my nails so advised them I needed someone experienced. 3. Haphazard manicure, and left with cotton still stuck to my fingers and the sticky part of the dip under my nails and on my fingers. Seriously???

3 /5 Decker Barney: They were very insistent that we come in and we’re very welcoming. Nails took a while and I did not get a hard design. She kept on calling my cheeks red. And at the end they were very insistent and rude that we must Leve. Nails were cute though. My middle finger nail was also a little crooked.
