2 /5 Claudia N: I am writing this review to reflect the experiences of both myself and my mother, who both received pedicure services at this salon.
Firstly, my pedicure was good in many aspects, particularly in how thoroughly the lady cleaned my cuticles. However, she did nip my toe while cutting my nails, which she did not acknowledge or apologize for. I felt slight discomfort initially, but it wasn’t until later, while walking around the town center, that the cut began to bleed slightly.
For the second service, my mother was not content with her pedicure. The technician did not remove the cuticle correctly, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture before correcting it myself at home.
We paid over $115 for both services, which included shellac removal for myself and shellac French tips for both. As I was unaware of my injury and my mother’s dissatisfaction at the time, I did leave a tip.
Overall, the experience was mixed. While some aspects were handled well, the lack of attention to detail and communication left us dissatisfied. I hope the salon can take this feedback constructively to improve their services in the future.
