5 /5 Nia Madison: This past Saturday I came to L’envie Nails & Spa for a pedicure and a refill. The pedicure was absolutely amazing—relaxing and done with care. However, I wasn’t satisfied with how my nails turned out, so I let the staff know. I had to leave to pick up my son, but they told me to come back so the owner, June, could make it right. I did—and she absolutely delivered! June reshaped and repainted my nails to perfection, and even thanked me for allowing her the opportunity to fix the issue.
Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Her husband was also incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, and even gave me a small gift for the inconvenience. I’ve never felt more seen and cared for at a nail salon. I will definitely be back—and if you’re reading this, go experience the top-tier service for yourself!
