Lindas Hair Salon and Spa - El Paso Reyna Rivera: I have only gone in for manicures and pedicures. Price is always good and so is the customer service. The quality of work is dependent on who does it. Ive had great and average. Ive been lucky to not have any extremely bad service/quality of work. The location is right by my work and I always get quick assistance.
